As AI becomes a hot topic of discussion in the C-suite, there are many preconceived notions about AI. Some are accurate and some are based on trepidation about what AI can and will do to future business models and enterprise cost structure. In my experience of introducing many hardware and software technologies into the enterprise, I feel there is a clear methodology for bringing meaningful AI into your company.
